LIGHTS CAMERA FASHION will be the order of the first ever Swaziland Fashion Week in the Kingdom of Swaziland this August as Top Models Swaziland and SADC Fashion Council host the craziest fashion event in the whole of Southern Africa. The Mission of Swaziland fashion week is to bring buyers and sellers together at one place at the same time to explore, network and market their collections. As we all know the Swazi fashion scene is still budding and conservative so among the benefits of the fashion week is that local designers will not only get exposure, but also get to network and build close relationships with foreign fashionistas. This, in turn, will create limitless opportunities for them without having to travel abroad.
No Swazi Fashion designer has been confirmed for the show yet but Its definitely going to be a weekend to remember with Zimbabwean designers like Nicky Madie, Mo Petason, Precious Mahlangu Collen Freshwear also amoungst the list is our very own Sannah Designs and Litsoe Designs. The best of Southern Africa will be walking the runway and slaying different looks From the 26th to the 27th of August at the Happy Valley Hotel Swaziland.
